What can you find in underground BDSP? ›

Throughout the Underground, you will see various Diglett and Dugtrio at junctions and corners. They will retreat before you can get to them but will leave some Glossy Stones; 1 Point for Diglett and 3 points for Dugtrio.

ILCA / The Pokemon Company Players can find rare Pokemon not in the Sinnoh Dex in the Grand Underground.

Despite this terrain being somewhat rare, there's a long list of Pokémon that will only appear here, including Kadabra, Gastly, Hypno, Togepi, Wobbuffet, Girafarig, Snubbull, Ralts, Kirlia, Duskull, and Dusclops. You can also find Mawile in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Misdreavus and Sableye in Pokémon Shining Pearl.

Each time you visit him and do what he asks, he'll give you another quest and more rewards. The Underground is an optional area where you can build your own Secret Base, mine treasures, and meet friends on WiFi.

Once the counter reaches forty and the meter is full, a message reading "Something good may happen in the Grand Underground!" will appear at the top of the screen. After it does, a few different bonuses will kick in, with the best one being an improved chance of finding a Shiny Pokemon.

Trainers won't be able to find it roaming about the Grand Underground, but Eevee will sometimes spawn in the Trophy Garden. Once BDSP players have become Champion, rare Pokemon will start visiting the Trophy Garden, and one of them happens to be Eevee.

The Grand Underground

Ditto can be found in Stargleam Cavern and Dazzling Cave biomes after you've defeated the Elite Four.

To encounter Darkrai, you'll need to have the Member Card, which will be distributed via Mystery Gift between April 1 and April 30. Once you've obtained the Member Card, you'll gain access to the locked inn at Canalave City. Upon entering the inn, you'll travel to Newmoon Island, where you'll encounter Darkrai.

Pokemon will not show up as Shiny in the Grand Underground overworld and this can only be determined in battle. If it's not Shiny, run away from battle.

Legendaries in both versions. The majority of the Legendary Pokémon can be found in either version of the game and will either be hidden around the overworld, underground, or in the Ramanas Park area, which is new to Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Can you find Charmander in the Grand underground? ›

As the starter can only be found in the Grand Underground after the National Pokedex is unlocked, Charmander will be caught at levels 58 – 63.

Throughout the Grand Underground, you'll find little spots on the walls that sparkle, indicating a treasure is hidden in the area. You'll need to use your hammer and pickaxe to dig up the treasures within the wall by completing the minigame that appears.

Instead, Shiny Statues have the exact same effect as a regular statue, only with each one having a greater effect, roughly double that of a regular statue. That means you can maximize your space when setting up your Secret Base by putting down as many Shiny Statues as possible for the most efficient boost.

Gible can also be found in three of the Pokémon Hideaways in the Grand Underground - Fountainspring Cave, Riverbank Cave and Still-Water Cavern. You need the seventh Gym Badge, the Icicle Badge, for Gible to appear and its level will match whatever Pokémon Hideaway level requirement you're currently meeting.

In addition, while searching the underground, you will run into Digletts and Dugtrios. There is a bar at the top of your screen, and each time you pick up a sparkle from them, you will gain a point. When the bar is full, your chances of finding a shiny will be doubled.

To unlock the Shiny Charm, players must complete the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Sinnoh Pokédex. This entails players seeing and capturing all 150 Pokémon in the region.

You cannot see shinies in the overworld: Unlike Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, which allowed you to see if a Pokémon was shiny in the overworld, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl only let you see if a creature is shiny by engaging it in battle.

Wild Cleffa, Clefairy, Clefable, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, and Lunatone all have a 5% chance of carrying Moon Stones.

The second method to evolve Feebas into Milotic is trading your Feebas while holding a Prism Scale. Though fairly easy to execute, finding the Prism Scale makes this method difficult. The Prism Scale is a rare item that you can only find by mining in the Grand Underground.

Unfortunately for early Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl trainers, Squirtle can only be obtained in the Grand Underground. Players will also need to have the National Dex attachment for their Pokedex.

Where are the strongest Pokemon in the Grand underground? ›

In the Grand Underground, both are in the Spacious Cave, Dazzling Cave, and Stargleam Cavern, though if trainers are trying to get a powerful Salamence as quickly as possible, catching a Shelgon is perhaps the best way to do so.

There are four locations in Pokémon Shining Pearl where players can find and catch Misdreavus, including Eterna Forest and the Lost Tower as well as the Grand Underground's Dazzling Caves and Stargleam Caverns.

An item called Oak's Letter is available now. You can receive Oak's Letter by choosing Get via Internet from the Mystery Gift feature in your game.

Is Deoxys in Pokemon BDSP? The short answer is no, Deoxys is not in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl.

- Darkrai also isn't shiny-locked, apparently. I suppose we'll be able to catch mythicals in game, like in oras with Deoxys. Do we have shiny odds?

Grand Underground - Diglett Bonus

If you collect 40 points in one session, then you will get a small bonus. For 4 minutes, you will have a slightly increased chance of encountering a Shiny Pokémon in the Underground, 1 in 2048 compared to 1 in 4096.

Shiny statues don't directly increase shiny odds, but they can make a type of Pokemon appear more frequently, allowing you to hunt at full odds in the underground much faster.

To find Arceus, you'll need to have a Pokémon Legends: Arceus save file on your Nintendo Switch system with all the main missions completed. You'll also need to enter the Hall of Fame and obtain the National Pokédex in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl.

The only other way is to get it via trading. Some players with a hacked Nintendo Switch console have edited their save files to add Celebi into their games so if you get lucky and they trade, you'll be able to own it.

How do I Respawn UXIE? ›

If you encounter them before you beat the league, and then run away, as soon as you beat the league, they will respawn. If you have beaten the league, and run away from them, if you go beat the league again, they will respawn.

You can find all of the stones in the Grand Underground. With some luck, you can dig them out of walls, as you would with other treasure.

After finishing the story and getting the National Dex, head to the Grand Underground with your Explorer Kit. Go to Still-Water Cavern or caves with the Water biome. Squirtle is a rare spawn so if you don't see it at first, exit and re-enter the room until it appears. Run into it and battle and catch it.

These Pokémon can't be caught, but they leave behind pink sparkles when they burrow back underground. Trainers can collect these sparkles before they disappear, which will increase the meter that reads 0/40 just below the Grand Underground's mini-map in the top left corner of the screen.

Ramanas Park requires you to exchange Mysterious Shards for slates, which are used to catch the Legendary Pokémon. You can find Mysterious Shards in the Grand Underground via digging. Once you've found enough, you can exchange them for Slates in Ramanas Park which correspond to Legendary Pokémon.

With the Digger Drill, you'll be able to create your very own Secret Base inside the Grand Underground. Keep in mind that you can only have one Secret Base at a time.

Rowan will upgrade your Pokedex for free, and you can now encounter non-Sinnoh Pokemon in the Grand Underground, which will unlock the chance to catch every starter Pokemon of the first four generations.

Ramanas Park requires you to exchange Mysterious Shards for slates, which are used to catch the Legendary Pokémon. You can find Mysterious Shards in the Grand Underground via digging. Once you've found enough, you can exchange them for Slates in Ramanas Park which correspond to Legendary Pokémon.

Receiving the National Dex will unlock tons of new Pokémon spawns in the world and within the Underground. The starter Pokémon will begin spawning in specific dens with the Underground. At any point, players can bring up the Pokémon Diamond and Shining Pearl Underground Map to find these dens.

Enter the Grand Underground while on Iron Island. Enter the Spacious Cave and find a Rare Candy in the northeast corner. Enter the Grand Underground while at Ramanas Park. Enter the Spacious Cave there and find a Rare Candy by the north wall.

Can you get Greninja in Pokemon shining pearl? ›

At the Game Corner and in both Underground Paths, items respawn daily, and the item found at a spawn location may vary. The item received is not determined until it is picked up, so what the item is can be affected by resetting.
